About MCP Actions
MCP Actions started in 2006 as a way to educate photographers and make photo editing easier. Today, we accomplish this goal through our online training classes, Photoshop Actions, and Lightroom Presets. Our mission is to help photographers make the most of Photoshop, Elements and Lightroom through videos, training, and discussion. The MCP Blog is a resource for photographers globally to learn photography, business, and photo editing. Our Facebook Page is a place for photographers to network, share their images and interact with me and each other.
Our three most popular products of 2011 were:
- Fusion Photoshop Actions
- Quick Clicks Lightroom Presets
- Bag of Tricks Photoshop Actions
If you are new to MCP Actions, make sure to check out our Free Photoshop Actions and Free Lightroom Presets.

In 2011, we had 4,000 hobbyist and professional photographers participate in MCP Project 52, where we listed a theme and photographers challenged themselves to shoot with that topic in mind. New for 2012, we introduced Project 12, which is a similar concept but instead of weekly, it is monthly. We would love you to join us in our journey. Check out MCP Project 12 now. There is no cost involved – but lots of inspiration to gain. We hope to see your amazing images soon!
